Baby size - confused :/

Hi everyone

I had my 36 week scan and the measurements came back as being HC 12% AC 99% and baby predicted to weight 3300kg.

Has anyone else had the head and belly measure so differently and it be wrong or baby came out fine? I’m picturing a huge baby with a teeny head and I’m concerned 😟

They have suggested inducing me next week at 38+3 but I’ll find out more at my appointment this week but just wanting to know if anyone else was in the same situation?
