Uti 🤦🏼‍♀️😭

I’m stressing. So I am 8 weeks PP and I am pretty sure I have a UTI. I looked in the mirror (at my fanny) and around my uretha it looks all red & sore. I honestly just feel so stressed because since labour it feels like my body has had constant problems. But I went to the doctors who are testing me but they mentioned that if it comes back positive i will need antibiotics and will have to stop breastfeeding. Is there any chance it’s not a UTI or options other then the antibiotics. I really don’t want to stop breastfeeding especially with all these viruses around. 😅😭
