How do i convince my husband to have sex with me

So a couple of months back my husband and i agreed that I'm no longer going to use birth control. Since then his sex drive had decrease so much. And when we do have sex he has the hardest time finishing and he normally does not inside. I think it has to deal with him being scared of having a baby. How can i help him gey over this fear of his whole life changing and just focus on the intamacy between him and i and not necessarily making a baby?
