Any tips on how to stop crying and remain calm?

Does anyone have any tips or techniques to calm yourself down? I'm almost 5 weeks pregnant and the last few days I've been crying and have been so upset. Alot of it has to due with the fact cornavirus is scaring the crap outta me. Plus my son injured his foot today and we had to go to the clinic and I'm paranoid as hell now.. I feel sooo emotional! I had a miscarriage at 5 weeks back in June of 2019 and ultrasound is in 2 weeks and I'm very nervous. After I was done crying I got cramps and backache.. should I be concerned? Can short emotional bouts do any harm at this point? I guess I just need some help with my emotions and how to handle them.
