Different signs with twins

Hey everyone! So, this is my third pregnancy but first time with twins. My first two pregnancy’s were pretty normal with nothing weird or any tell tale signs. But before I knew I was having twins, my body got weird. I smelled like bleach very badly. First time ever in my life I smelt like this. I google and they said it was a sign of infection which I did not have. Looking back, this was probably a sign I was having twins. Also, I lost a lot of weight out of no where.
