Spotting

I have been on birth control for a while now, but I started a new pill called Lo-LoEstrin. This is my 3rd month on that pill. Yesterday, I had some spotting and a little cramping, but my boyfriend and I haven't had intercourse in 9 days. Should I be worried that I could be pregnant? I am very regular on taking my pills and haven't missed any. I'm just worried.
