Delicious craveable comfort food (that’s actually healthy!)

Our county is officially enforcing citizens stay in their home unless absolutely necessary due to Corona Virus; so here we are again.

Today I made taco/spicy seasoned jackfruit with black beans, avocado, cilantro, and yellow bell pepper!

This meal is low carb, high protein, and high healthy fat!

Cut bell pepper into strips and cook in non-stick pan over medium heat.

Once cooked part way add jackfruit along with chipotle powder, lawrys seasoning salt; salt; pepper, garlic powder, cumin, and oregano flakes.

Cook for 10 minutes then add 1/4-1/2 cup black beans drained.

Cook additional 5-10 minutes serve with half an avocado and cilantro with hot sauce!

Enjoy this healthy and absolutely freaking delicious meal that also happens to be vegetarian! These are the kinds of diet changes I made when I first started losing weight and now i crave these meals over burgers and fries.
