Did your boobs get bigger when your milk supply increased? I'm 4 weeks PP tomorrow and my son nurses almost every hour early in the day. Iv noticed my boobs are so much bigger, but not painfully engorged. Does this mean I have more milk now? Does your supply increase this late?
