Do I have a right to be upset?

Last night I was sitting in the kitchen with my brothers girlfriend I’m 18 she’s about 34.

She keeps trying to push me to ask for my job back at coles that I quit a few months ago due to anxiety, which given everything right now would be worse.

She unexpectedly told me when nobody else was around that since I quit work I look very unhealthy and like I’ve gained weight, I have pcos and have actually lost a few kg ( was 106 now around 98 I’m a bit plus sized) when I told her this she said she was saying what she saw not what the scales said. Usually I wouldn’t let comments about my body bother me but this one just really hurt.
