Heating pad at 21 weeks pregnant
Hey everyone
I bought a heating pad because my hips are in so much pain when I sleep.
I lay it on the bed, keep it on the lowest setting and alternate sides that I sleep on....
I'm now reading that this can be unsafe. Is this true???
