Pregnancy test line not darker than control line?

Hi everyone, today I am 5 weeks 1 day pregnant, and I’m concerned because my pregnancy test line still isn’t darker than the control line. I took this test first thing this morning, and I just feel like at 5 weeks the test line should be darker. Should I be concerned or am I worried for nothing?

A line is a line. Pregnancy tests are only designed to tell you if you are pregnant or not. Line darkness cannot tell you if your pregnancy is viable or progressing well. Line progression is just an internet fad- a silly trend that needs to go away. No need to test anymore lady. Congrats.

Between 6-8 weeks your hcg will level out and fade the test line. I think you can stop testing now 😊 Im trying to save you from more worry lol.

No it's fine it's not always going to be darker then the control line, mine was darker then the control like at about 6 or 7 weeks. If your worried I'd test again then and see but it's not a problem if it's not. Mine would fluctuate from darker then to the same color
