Covid-19 & Japan Travel

My husband is stationed in Japan rn and i was supposed to join him in May, rn all military travel is suspended until May 11th which is fine for now but i’m scared this will keep up, and he isn’t sure if my sponsorship was processed b4 the whole outbreak. if it wasn’t, can it still be processed? will i have to wait? is it looking like longer than may? i won’t even have a place to stay after June and i’m so afraid this can stretch out until next year.
