Should I try again?

I’ve been trying to conceive recently. I’ve had a pregnancy before but it didn’t end well so we decided to try again. I took a test on Feb. 25th which was negative but recently I’ve been having some questionable symptoms (listed below) but when I took a test it was negative. Should I take another soon?

Symptoms: Sore nipple (right one)

Fatigue, nausea no vomiting, heartburn, watery white discharge, hunger no specific cravings, cramping

Today is 3rd day of missed period
