Lower back aches
Are lower back aches a sign of implantation? I experienced this along with a general dull ache across my entire pelvis. According to my ovulation tests I would be 7-8 DPO today. These back aches were like no other - I took 2 baths to alleviate the pain and even used a heating pad to get to sleep. Thoughts?
Edit to add: the aches were gone in the morning.
