MIL going out to friends houses for dinners...

So our state is telling us all to shelter at home. We are abiding, only going out to do shopping. My MIL went to her friends house last night,an older couple, to have dinner. Shes still seeing her other friends too. I'm not sure I want her coming to see us now! Idk if they are sick and just not showing symptoms you know? I dont know how many other people her friends have been seeing...should I ask her to just stay away from us? Shes supposed to come over to have cake for my birthday tomorrow and now I just feel anxious :/ about it.
