Leaking pee?

What can I do for me to stop leaking pee? This is what my underwear look like everyday. It's embarrassing beucuse I feel like I smell like pee and people at work can smell it also. What can I do to get it under control? Iv had problems with my kidneys since I was little. I have part of one kidney removed. It's so embarrassing leaking pee.

That’s not pee. It’s discharge and it’s normal. If it makes you uncomfortable, wear panty liners.

Do the kegel exercise every single day. I could not hold my pee after giving birth due to a catheter. Retrain the muscle, took a good 6 months... it was not easy to gain it back, but the kegel exercise was the way to go.

Ps. Bring a change of underwear or two to work, so u can change whenever needed :)

i believe that’s vaginal discharge. everyone has it and it’s completely normal. it’s how your vagina naturally cleans itself. if it bothers you on your underwear, you can wear a panty liner. it should not have a bad smell and strong/fishy odors are concerning. you can always go to a gynecologist if you have any questions or if you think something may be off!
