I have been happily married for 2 years (together for 5) and we have a baby together as well. About 3 years before I met my husband, I had a nose job. I always hated my nose growing up, and I broke it during high school which made it crooked. My nose job was very subtle- it just straightened my nose and took away a bump at the top of it. It’s still a larger nose and still looks mostly the same, just a slightly improved version. So you can’t tell from looking at old pictures, and even my close friends from high school didn’t notice. The only people who know are my immediate family and my best friend, all of whom are sworn to secrecy. I never told my husband because I’m a little embarrassed about it as it is, and he very openly looks down on plastic surgery. But I hate keeping any from my husband. I especially hate the idea that he might find out on his own one day and feel betrayed. Should I tell him?
