Pregnancy during luteal phase?

So I’ve been away from my boyfriend for a while, home for spring break. While I was home, I was ovulating. I stopped ovulating on Tuesday, and had unprotected sex yesterday, during my luteal phase, after I ovulated. He pulled out, and I have a 3% chance of pregnancy.

Is it possible to get pregnant if I only had sex during my luteal phase and none at all before?

(I have a morning after pill, but I’m suddenly terrified of taking it, especially if it’ll be ineffective or unnecessary.)
