Rash?

Hi mommies, so my little one started breaking out. It started just on the forehead about a week ago. But now it’s spread to the cheeks. I tried making sure to wash completely, oatmeal bath, lotion. I dont know what else to do, he doesn’t have a fever or anything. I’m at a loss any advice would be great. Thank you in advance!!

My son did this recently (hes 10 years old btw) nothing changed for us.
I ended up taking him to the doctor and it was fifths disease. It's been almost a month and he still has it. So I'd say it's worth a trip to the dr.
My son has no other symptoms or rash anywhere else on his body. 
While not a good picture, this is what he looks like today.. around a month later.

Put aquaphor on it looks dry. Have you changed anything lately laundry soap lotions bath soaps foods? It kinda almost looks like my sons face when his eczema acts up
