How soon is too soon to take a pregnancy test?

I’m 10 DPO and have had light cramping the last two days. I have 4 days until my next period, but I usually don’t cramp until the day before. How soon is too soon to take a test, and am I reading too much into it?

You can probably test now, just don’t get discouraged if it’s negative because it might still be too early.

This is what I got 3 days before mine was due. I did have light spotting 1 day and 1 mild day without clots. I'm nauseated off and on throughout the day. Boobs are slightly sore and I feel drained at times. Idk what to think because I took one 2 days ago and it said negative but took my 1st one which was lighter. My daughter told me to wait a week and take it again.

I started getting faint lines at 10dpo. Order some cheap tests online, they should arrive within a couple days and you’ll be good 🤞❤️

Cramping can occur after ovulation, doesnt mean much. Since implantation can occur up to 12 dpo, its best to wait til after missed period
