Sharp pain...

I will be 30 weeks this Wednesday. I've had sharp pain on my lower right side for a little over an hour now. I've also had a lot of irregular labor contractions today. That sharp pain has been constant and won't go away. Is that round ligament pain or could that be something else, more serious. Please help me, I cannot go to the ER right now. I have no one to care for my daughter and my husband just headed off for work despite me begging him to stay. He's twenty minutes away if I need to call him.
