Does anyone find the need to hand express any remaining breast milk after pumping? I've always done that with the hospital grade pump I used for three months just to make sure I get all of it out. Now that I had to return it, I'm using a new pump that my insurance paid for, Medela pump in style. It's weaker than the one I used before and I have so much milk in my breasts after a pumping session that I had to squeeze it out for close to half an hour yesterday. Today I realized that I had accidentally bruised my breasts.

Any tips on how to express all the milk without having to hand express it all out at the end of a pumping session? It's so tiring and cumbersome.
