Infertile?

I have been trying for about two months and nothing, my family is known for being really fertile and I’ve been hitting before, during, and after ovulation. Over a year ago I got tested with chlamydia that I don’t know how long I’ve had with my last boyfriend. It’s been treated since then and I’ve been trying with who I’m with now, but I’m worried that it has made me infertile since I don’t know how long I’ve had it. Any suggestions/ opinions?

It can take a perfectly healthy couple 12 months to conceive. You actually only have a very small window to get pregnant each month

You’re really jumping the gun here - 2 cycles of not conceiving is not infertility.

2 months is not an indication of infertility. Interfility drs won't even start seeing you until you've been trying 12 months, and that's if you're under 35. We only ovulate about 1 day a month, you need to have sex right before ovulation to get pregnant or you'll miss the short window. It can take awhile.

Each month you only have about a 20-30% chance of conceiving. It can take a normal, healthy couple up to a year to conceive. 2 months is nothing and you can’t compare yourself to your family, it doesn’t mean anything

Lol it takes a healthy couple on average 6-12mknths to conceive. Dr’s won’t even entertain you until you’ve been tracking ovulation/bbt and times sex for 12 months

My dr wouldn’t bat an eye at 2 months. They only started testing for me after a year and a half.

It took me 2 years to get pregnant after I got off the depo shot and I have also had that as well but I have a healthy 2 year old now so don't freak out when it is time it will happen
