So I’m 19 living on my own fully independent, and pregnant.. what is the best way to tell my parents that I am pregnant?

Sit down and just tell them. 🤷🏻‍♀️
Your an adult, they are adults. 
They will either be happy or upset, but you have to let them express their feelings, and not get mad at their reaction if it isn’t want you expected. Then talk to them about your plan for you and baby. 
There is no reason not to be honest and open with them.
