DIAPER RASH!!😭

My 3 week old daughter has had this diaper rash for a week or more and it won’t go away I just don’t understand, like I change her often it’s not like I’m neglecting her. I’ve tried 4 different creams;2of them being prescribed by her midwife. I’m just at such a loss I feel hopeless. Today is the worst it’s been so far and I just feel so sorry for her 😭

UPDATE:

Her midwife prescribed her two prescription medications for the rash which did not work. However It’s almost gone now after having to leave the pamper off for a day and using desitan extra strength cream on it. So thankful she is feeling much better 🙏🏼
