My vagina shape

So i have been sexually active one year, with my husband, and i am 8 months pregnant

And recenlty i was checking down there i found my vagina slouching , big 😕I don't know it wasn't like this before

Is it because of sex?pregnancy ?

And what will happen to it after i give birth then

Is there anything i can do !!!??

I don't allow him to go down on me anymore because i am afraid he will find it ugly
