I need help with baby’s BM - Normal?

My baby is 8 weeks almost and is strictly breastmilk. He hasn’t pooped in 2 days. Until last night, he finally went. And it was a LOT (which I expect) but it was watery like. It was yellow/green brown color with no lumps or seed like - just watery. He was so fussy before pooping all day. He usually goes every day. Is he sick or is this normal? Do I need to contact my doctor?

Totally normal. My baby generally poops every other day but has been known to go up to 3 or 4 days without pooping. Her pediatrician said it is totally normal because the breastmilk gives them exactly what they need so they absorb it all, leaving little waste. When in doubt, call your pediatrician. At a minimum they'll give you some reassurance

It’s normal. My LO once didn’t go for 4 days. And when she finally pooped let me tell you it was definitely 4 days worth of poop 😂🙈 but yep they’ll be fussy but just because they’re trying to poop. And it’ll be watery and so when you’re breastfeeding. You’re LO is perfectly ok :)

A breastfed baby can go a couple of days without pooping. My son has had a few without the seediness to it.  It also depends on what you have been eating sometimes.
