Fibromyalgia

Does anyone here have diagnosed fibromyalgia? What were/are your symptoms?

I have pain that seems to stick to one weird place for a few days. Today it’s my left ribs- it’s this odd tenderness that’s kind of on the surface. Today it’s not excruciating, but sometimes it is. A few days ago it was the same kind of tenderness on the underside of my right knee that radiated up my leg.

I also have severe nausea that comes and goes throughout the day, anxiety and brain fog.

I know no one here can diagnose me, but I’m wondering if this sounds like fibromyalgia to anyone who knows about it?
