Ontario works?? What’s happening?

Is anyone here on Ontario works?? This was supposed to be my last month on it. My partner got a job but is now off for two weeks. I’m laid off completely as we closed due to the virus. So I still have to claim my pay stubs so they can take money off and figure out how much rent I’ll need to pay for myself but they’re completely closed now and I can’t get ahold of my worker! So what am I supposed to do? We can’t send letters as they aren’t receiving mail either. I really don’t want to be hurt by this. I have no clue now if my rents getting paid or how much I’ll owe. I’m so worried. Does anyone know what’s going on??
