Migraine and Tylenol 9 wks 1 day pregnant

Hello beautiful ladies, yesterday I started getting a horrible migraine which cause vomiting. It had been a few months without getting one which I felt lucky as I was getting them every few weeks. Today it’s coming back it never really went away. I only took one regular Tylenol in the afternoon and one at night. I know I need something stronger would it be safe to take two pills instead of one. I am worried for the baby. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
