Swelling

My doctor told me to watch out for sudden swelling in the feet and hands. I’m 39 weeks and my feet swelled last night to the point it hurts to walk and they are purplish red. And my hands are swollen too very randomly today. My mom said my cheeks look a little swollen. Too. Idk if it counts as something I should call and worry about or if it’s normal? I mean my wedding ring doesn’t even fit on my pinky now and it was fine yesterday.

I just want to make sure I’m not over reacting or being dramatic and then waste their time. Especially with everything going on right now
