Going to fight my neighbors

I’m on the edge, my neighbors kids don’t sit down at all, they run around and since it’s a small building I can hear every footstep they take and every time they fight or scream. I’m 15 years old and my room is right next to the door & the wall is next to the hallways. The kids always run around from 10am till 10pm or 11, I can barely get any naps in now or sleep at all since I started online school in NY. I have anger issues so I don’t want cause any commotion but I know that when I do yell or kick the walls they can hear me but that doesn’t work for too long. Being a sensitive teen I cry out of frustration because they never stop. I get embarrassed when I have friends or my bf over and they hear the loud stomping. Mind you the 2 oldest are 13 and 15 and the little kid are ALL RUNNING AROUND acting as if they have never been taught any sense. I’m sick and over it. Their parents don’t even tell them shit. I can hear everything from their side of the house if they aren’t quiet. Also the kids are thicker in weight but that doesn’t mean they can’t have any balance and put all their weight when they run or walk. Period I need advice before I retaliate.
