Late period

I am turning 25 tomorrow. Yay. Except after all this time I have my first late/missed maybe period. The other day I took a clearblue digital and the plus or negative one that came with it. Both said negative. At the time I was 3 days late. I’m just confused if I should take a pink dye test just to be sure it’s negative but also my concern is how my period would go from being so consistent to just not? I also the previous month started my period a little early with spotting a few days before. As you can see very consistent. This is from my WomanLog app that I’ve used for years. I just recently started using glow for some additional features such as this ability. Thoughts?
