HELPPP

So I had a baby 9 months ago, I’ve been on the pill since. My period lasts about 7 days and is always HEAVY. I use S or SP tampons for the first like 4 days. This month I got my period at the beginning of the month and it only lasted 4 days and was extremely light, more like spotting than constant and I only used regular sized tampons and it didn’t even fill it. Today I’m feeling nauseous, my sense of smell is different and smells are making me feel sick and I’m just nervous, could this mean I’m pregnant because how light my period was?? I’m freaking out
