What are my chances

So I’m on the combo pill and I take it perfectly. But I feel like I doesn’t work at all for me. Like I have this feeling that I’m taking the pill but it literally has no effect on me. We also use condoms everytime and the entire time we have sex. My boyfriend will even pull out with the condom on before he actually comes. I don’t know why, but I’m just so scared to get pregnant and we’ve been dating for a year. I’ve been talking to a therapist but I don’t feel like I’m actually making any progress. Sadly I think it’s just an overtime thing. Will I be okay?
