Binge Eating Disorder

I’ve struggled with binge eating disorder for many years, and have not gotten treatment for it. my mom knows I have it and always yells at me for overeating or hoarding food, and has never gotten me help for it. Recently she found more food in my room (I really can’t control it at this point) and got super mad and banned me from seeing my friends or boyfriend because they’re “enablers”

I really don’t know what to do.
