Pregnancy announcement?

How far along do you announce your pregnancy? I’m so dang excited and it’s so hard to contain the excitement or keep the secret for soo long! I’m only 4w5d so I know I shouldn’t announce it yet, but when would you announce it?

This is our first we’ve had six losses so we will probably wait until 16 weeks to post anything on Facebook but we’re going to tell our parents and siblings after my scan at 8+5.

With my first pregnancy I waited until we knew the gender at 20w. This time I’ll announce after the first ultrasound, hopefully next week.

About 7 weeks to my family and 12 weeks to everyone else! That's what I did with my daughter and what I've done so far with this pregnancy, minus a couple friends know now too.

We announced to family as soon as we found out at 4 weeks 🤷🏼‍♀️ just depends on what makes sense for you.  After 2 years of trying and a miscarriage nov 2018 we want to share the joy as soon as possible to those we love

We announced both our last pregnancies at 5 weeks. I like to not keep secrets and share my life though. I am comfortable with that.

This is my first pregnancy, so we told our parents as soon as we found out, which was 5 weeks, I go next week for my first ultrasound and will be 7+1.. due to fear of MC, I think we’re gonna wait til 10-12 maybe even longer to tell the whole world, if we can hold it in.
