Why would ob take picture of my appendix during lap

So my ob took pictures of the things he found during endo surgery but one of them is off my appendix and not sure what that means ?

Sometimes endo can grow on other things besides your lady parts . Maybe he found some on that . Or maybe he didn’t and just had a pic of it

My first question after mine was if he took mine out. It’s a vestigial structure and if it’s covered in endo, it is often easier to remove the whole thing.
