Implantation bleeding

Hi guys! I’m very certain I’m pregnant and would love a little advice from anyone willing to help. My last period started 02/25/2020, I’ve been nauseous, no vomiting, with some other symptoms. My estimated due date is 12/01/2020, I took a digital clearblue test on Thursday, March 19th but it was negative. My estimated days for my period were the 22nd-25th this month but I was having a very light pink and brown spotting on the 21st with very light cramps here and there. I suffer from endometriosis so light periods and cramping have never happened for me.. it was very light barley there on Saturday and Sunday, today it seems a little bit more but still very very light compared to what I’m use to. I made a post the other day and a couple of you told me to try a pink dye test, which I plan on doing as soon as the spotting stops (I read that it’s best to wait until it’s done) but I’m worried because I’ve read a lot of people say you should only have implantation bleeding for 1-2 days without small clots. Is that true? is there a chance that I’m still pregnant even tho the first test was negative and there was a small clot?
