Coronavirus

I am 20 years old and I live in the UK and I was wondering if anyone would be able to advise... I’m a little stressed and really down due to the coronavirus outbreak... We have been told that we have to stay at home, “lockdown” hasn’t been mentioned but we have been told to stay at home and only to go to shops if necessary, work if essential and exercise for an hour a day... so I’m my eyes we are and we aren’t, if that makes sense??

I currently stop over at partners every night. I have been told by work to work remotely which started today and have been told to do so until further notice.. I was wondering if I could stay at my partners throughout lockdown or it is required to stay at home?? It is stressing me out as being at home isn’t currently where I want to be due to issues..

Any advise and answers would be great.
