Nasal issues ??

I need help!!
Considering the circumstances, I am worried- so two weeks ago I had a cold i was sneezing and nose was runny and blocked. I am well now hit over it a week ago
But, for some reason the soft part inside my nose always feels like i want to sneeze. I have a mild burning sensation there and it runs up to my head//brain sometimes and back down again. It’s like a tingly sneezy feeling...
anyone have a clue???? 😖
