Please help. Our 11 mo old son (12 months next week) has taken to waking multiple times a night.

Background info: He has slept in his crib every night since he was 3 weeks old. He started sleeping through the night at 4 mo but it got spotty at about 9 mo and now it’s just out of hand.

He had an ear infection but finished 10 days of medication so that shouldn’t be bothering him anymore. He is well fed, well loved, has a dry diaper, and has never had tummy issues. During the day he never cries and is the happiest little guy I’ve ever seen.

I have tried EVERYTHING that my instincts have told me to do.

Feed him. He still wakes up an hour later.

Let him cry it out, can’t do it. He screams bloody murder for 15 minutes until I cave. And he’s a slobbery snotty mess.

Rock him back to sleep? Nope. As seen as he goes in his crib he wakes up, stands up, and cries.

Pat his back while he’s in his crib? Nope, stands there in screams in my face for half an hour...

Even if we snuggle him on the couch he is still restless.

I am desperate for sleep, thank God my husband trades me shifts. Anyone else had a tough cookie like this and found a magic trick??
