Advice!! Toddler high fevers

MomLifeToTheMax • ♡ 2 beautiful babies!

My almost 4 year old daughter started having high fevers 2 nights ago, her temp under the armpit was 102.4 and 101.7 she has a light cough but nothing serious. She has no other symptoms her ears or throat don’t hurt. Anyways today she started telling me she can’t breath. I don’t know if it’s cause of the stuffy nose or why. My family started freaking out saying she had covid19! My state only has 6 cases. We haven’t been out much either. Her fever hadn’t gone down and she’s been “sleepy” so I took her to hospital. Her pediatrician was closed and the night clinic didn’t want to see her cause of the symptoms. Anyways I took her in and they started to swan her nose and throat and took a urine sample. After a while they came back and said that she was negative for the flu, strep throat, uti, and her ears and tonsils look fine. They said there is nothing wrong with her and to continue with Tylenol and ibuprofen. They said if the fever continues or is higher than 102 to go back. (Which they have been) But other than that to just keep her home and hydrated. She then started to get a rash all over due to the fever before we were discharged, and they literally like didn’t care or seem concerned. They are not doing any coronavirus test unless it’s a high risk patient or it’s severe symptoms. I am worried. I will call her pediatrician tomorrow morning but until then can someone calm my nerves or give me advice?? Please and thank you.
