I feel sick eating.

I’m 5f and weigh around 96lbs. This isn’t normal for me. I lost about 10 pounds recently because of stress and other stuff. I feel tired all the time and none of my clothes fit me right.

The reason I lost the weight is because I’m not eating. I feel sick when I eat to much or even eat at all.

Right now I haven’t eaten in about twelve hours. I know by body needs food but I don’t have the appetite to eat anything.

Has anyone been trough this and how did they get out of it.
