Possible threatened miscarriage ??

This is my first pregnancy and I’m 10wks along. I woke up around 3/4 in the morning to pee and had blood in my urine. I called the advice nurse and she said she wasn’t too worried that it was anything serious because I wasn’t in pain. I then had a doctor call me this morning saying that I could possibly be miscarrying ?? My mom has gone through miscarriages before and said I would be in excruciating pain which I am not. My personal doctor just called and told me she’s not worried at all especially bc I had sexual intercourse about 10-12hrs before seeing the blood! Idk I just want other’s opinions. I’m sticking to my personal doctor’s opinion but i want to hear other’s thoughts on this!
