Advice after catching boyfriend

So I’m 17 weeks pregnant and I’ve been working nights. Long story short after checking the phone records I saw that he reached out to an ex while I was on a night and talked to her on the phone for over an hour and exchanged many text messages. I confronted him and he lied initially until he’s realized I knew.

Supposedly he has already deleted the text messages but swears up and down that they were innocent and he was just talking about life stuff with her and catching up. To me that is not okay and he lied because he knew I wouldn’t be okay with it. I’m just really hurt and don’t know what to do.

Any advice is helpful please.

This is the first time that I know of that he’s done this.
