TTC for baby #2 at almost 21

I had my son super young and now that it’s been some years i finally feel like I’m ready for baby #2. The only problem being that I’ve had undiagnosed infertility for I’m not sure how long since I’ve had him. My fiancé and i haven’t prevented pregnancy for over a year and nothing happened. I’ve had blood work and ultrasounds done and have been told nothing looks out of the ordinary. When timing finally felt good and i felt mentally ready for trying i started the conceive easy natural fertility supplements. I’m still on month 1 and today it not only seem like my ovulation tests are getting darker but my cm looked FERTILE and i don’t know when the last time I’ve seen that was. I was wondering if anyone has had success with the conceive easy supplements by themselves with no clomid etc. and if my cm looks fertile ?
