could this be it?!

Hi all, I got my AF on 03/07 and it ended on 03/11. Only 4 days, it came two days late and was lighter than normal. The very next day and for about a week I experienced small pinching cramps in my lower left pelvic area. I took an opk on the 20th and it was my most fertile day. Two days ago, I experience a major hot flash with lower abdominal cramping, have been extremely thirsty with a constantly dry mouth. My appetite has increased and have been having aching in my left hip/pelvic area and within the last couple days ive been feeling nausea without actually puking along with pretty severe gas pains, ive been running warm as well which is unusual for me. Anybody relate? Did you feel any of these symptoms before your bfp??
