Any thoughts...

So tmi but I usually experience very bad cramps while pooping when I have af and before af. I am at my peak right now and I experienced cramping while pooping and af isnt due until the 8th I believe. I've also been experiencing kind of a burning sensation in my lower left abdomen but most just a weird feeling there. Something I dont normally experience. I am ttc for baby#1 I have had mid to lower back pain now 3 days. I have little cramps on my right lower abdomen.
