Implantation hemorrhage help!

So I went to the er Saturday because I started gushing blood. Found out I had an implantation hemorrhage. But according to the first day of my last period I should be 7 weeks. They saw a yolk and sac but no fetal pole. Also we hcg was 1,995. They said they should have been able to see a fetal pole by then. Blood test Monday was 3,065. I had a weirdly long period and I wonder if that threw off how far along I would be? Should I be concerned? Please help!
